Today the Traditional Catholic Church celebrates the Feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary. This Feast of the Annunciation commemorates the announcement by the Archangel Gabriel to our Lady that the Divine Son of God, the Word, would assume human nature in her pure virginal womb.

If this Feast of the Annunciation falls in Holy Week, it is then celebrated on the Monday after Low Sunday which is today. Normally it is celebrated on March 25th.
