Today the Traditional Catholic Church celebrates the mass of Pentecost Sunday. Jesus had frequently promised His disciples that He would send them another Advocate and Consoler. The marvelous events which accompanied His arrival were signs of the far greater effects of grace He produces in the souls of those who receive Him. We pray with the Church: "Come, O Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of Thy faithful, and kindle in them the fire of Thy love."
