Today the Traditional Catholic Church celebrates the Feast of Saint Aloysius Gonzaga, Confessor. He was born at Castiglione in Lombardy in the year 1568, Saint Aloysius is hailed as a veritable angel in the flesh, because of his purity of life. He made a vow of virginity at nine years of age. At the age of sixteen, he entered the Jesuit Order, distinguishing himself by his mortification's and as a model of purity and innocence. In the year 1591, at the age of twenty three he faithfully pasted away. Pope Benedict XIII proclaimed him "Patron of Youth."
